Standards of Conduct

Zero-Spam: Our spam policy is very simple. It is NEVER okay to send spam in any form, and we will never do it. In fact, we will never do business with any company that uses or even condones spam.

Privacy: All information you provide will remain private. The only information we collect is what is necessary to provide the services you request. We never share this information with third parties.

Confidentiality: All information you provide regarding your trade secrets and business operations will be held in complete confidence and will not be retained beyond project completion.

Billing Policies

We tailor our billing for each client based upon the needs and scope of the project. However, as a general rule of thumb, new clients will be required to pay a percentage of anticipated costs and expenses before work begins. We may waive this requirement for return clients. The remainder is billed in installments (net 15 terms) or upon completion, depending on the length of the project. We offer the convenience of payment via check, bank transfer, or credit card (via PayPal).
