Graphic Design Services
Graphic design covers a broad spectrum of artistic endeavors and visual communications. Digital artwork generally can be divided into two categories: vector or raster. Vector images are scalable graphics, such as illustrations or line art. Raster images, or bitmaps, are images of fixed dimensions with each pixel defined by a specific shade of color, as with photographs and web graphics.
Commercial Artwork
This catch-all category includes both raster and vector design. A variety of elements may be incorporated into a single piece for use in book jackets, CD covers/inserts, advertising spreads, banners and signs, and product packaging. Because each project is unique, Pixelogiq will examine your needs and develop a creative vision based upon those needs. We then provide concept pieces and mock-ups before proceeding with the final project.
Technical Illustration
The majority of technical drawings are vector (line art) images developed with CAD and illustration software. These technical pieces may include flow charts, exploded views, diagrams, and schematics. Pixelogiq staff and many of our associates possess engineering and/or scientific backgrounds that allow us to understand the needs of a technical audience. We specialize in biotech, telecom, and information technology.
Corporate Identity
Every business requires a distinctive logo and a coherent branding strategy. Pixelogiq can provide a unique look and feel to reinforce your brand identity. Our services include an analysis of psychological factors, color selections, logos and logotypes, typographic standards, and layouts. From these we develop a unified identity package, including business cards, letterhead, brochures, and web-based materials.
3D Ray-Traced Rendering
Our skill in 3D rendering and molecular modeling sets Pixelogiq apart from our competition. Using high-end modeling and ray tracing techniques, we can produce images have almost photographic realism, regardless of how fanciful the subject might be. In addition, we are one of the few companies that specialize in rendering proteins, nucleic acids, and cellular structures for the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
